You can disable individual Sims 4 packs if you don’t want specific DLC to affect your current gameplay. This is particularly useful if you want to play with a smaller selection of packs without uninstalling anything.
Open the EA app and go to your game library.
Select The Sims 4, open the game’s properties or launch options, and find the Advanced Launch Options section.
In the Command Line Arguments field, enter:
-disablepacks:
Then add the code of the pack you want to disable.
For example:
-disablepacks:EP17
This command disables the Life & Death expansion pack.
Here are the Expansion Pack codes:

You can disable multiple packs at the same time.
Add the codes for the packs you want to disable to the command. This allows you to temporarily create a more lightweight version of The Sims 4 without uninstalling any of your DLC.
Keep in mind that disabling a pack can remove or affect content from that pack in your current save. If you re-enable the pack later, its content should become available again.
