Sims don’t necessarily need a romantic partner to woohoo with. They can find WooHoo Partners and woohoo with no strings attached.

What happens if Sims woohoo too much?
If young adults and adults woohoo too much in The Sims 4, their satisfaction level will gradually drop.
If elder Sims woohoo too much, they’ll get the Dangerously Tired moodlet. If they woohoo while this buff is active, they risk dying from overexertion.
You read that right! Too much woohoo can kill elder Sims.
On the other hand, some Sims will refuse to woohoo.
Can your Sims get pregnant with just WooHoo?
Sims cannot get pregnant after woohooing with their partner. This activity never results in pregnancy. If you want your Sims to start a family, you need to use the “Try for baby” interaction.
