Generally speaking, vampires can eat human food but that won’t satisfy their Thirst.
Long story short, your vampire should be fine as long as they don’t eat human food. Stick to Plasma or Plasma Fruit and everything will be just fine.
Sleep of the Undead
Vampires that have the Sleep of the Undead weakness can only sleep in a coffin. They can’t sleep in a bed.
Well, this limitation shouldn’t affect your vampire’s life too much. Think of it as a personal preference rather than a weakness.
Guilty Drinker
If your vampire has the Guilty Drinker weakness, they’ll get a -50 moodlet if they drink from another Sim without permission.
In other words, they’ll feel guilty for not being able to control their vampire impulses. Too much empathy will ruin their mood.
Sloppy Drinker
The Sloppy Drinker makes it a bit harder to quench your vampire’s Thirst. It takes more time for their Thirst motive to fill. This means they need to drink more plasma than other vampires.
Keeping a few Plasma packs in your inventory will come in handy.
Fitful Sleep
Vampires that have the Fitful Sleep weakness can’t sleep well and will gain power more slowly when sleeping.
To compensate for this weakness, you’ll need to rely heavily on Vampire Lore tomes to gain more Power Points.
This weakness should not be a problem as long as your vampire doesn’t follow a conventional career path.
Vampires can make lots of money by working a vampire-friendly job that allows them to work from home or at night.
What’s the worst vampire weakness in The Sims 4?
The worst and most dangerous vampire weakness in The Sims 4 is the maxed level Thinned Skinned weakness. When fully maxed out, this weakness will kill vampires instantly.
