The Inspired moodlet lasts 4 hours which is more than enough time to write a book. This buff also allows you to write books faster.
After your Sim completes a book, they’ll get the Confident moodlet. This buff lasts for 4 hours and increases your chances of writing high-quality books.
Sims with the Creative and Perfectionist traits have better chances of writing Excellent books.
If your Sim has a high skill level in what they are writing about, they’ll write Excellent-quality books. For example, if your Sim is a fitness aficionado, they can write Excellent fitness books.
Equally important, ensure your Sim is happy and all of their needs are met. Or you can simply use cheat codes and disable needs decay and strike this task off your list.
Additionally, place a speaker on their desk and play their favorite music.
The Writing career can be done entirely from home. It’s one of the best work-from-home jobs available in The Sims 4.
You can also work a full-time job and write as a side hustle.
The book genres available at the higher writing skill level make the most money. Excellent mystery and biography books pay great in Sims 4.
Your Sim can cash in between 100 to 300 Simoleons per day for an Excellent-quality book.
