Lore plays a key role in The Sims 4 Werewolves pack. The present state of affairs in Moonwood Mill is linked to a series of mysterious past events that involved a major conflict between spellcaster and vampires.
Spellcasters created werewolves to fight against vampires
Spellcasters became fascinated by the power of the moon following the never-ending threats they received from vampires.
They decided to turn themselves into werewolves to become more powerful and stop the vampires from turning everyone into blood-thirty creatures.
Vampires started feeding on everyone, including spellcasters. They threatened to exterminate all spellcasters. This is when spellcasters decided to create werewolves and use them as powerful weapons against vampires.
Spellcasters that learned to harness the power of the moon and used it to gain new werewolf skills or improve existing abilities are called mooncasters.
Maria Volkov, Avelina, and Greg are three of the original mooncasters.
Greg and his fated mate, Avelina were among the first Mooncasters that got turned into werewolves. But things went terribly wrong and Avelina died. Greg has remained the prisoner of Fury ever since.
Some spellcasters tried to avoid direct conflicts with the vampires. They tamed and charmed cowplants and used them as guards.
This information is confirmed by the engraving written on various Cowplant relics.
The engraving is encrypted using a secret code that only werewolves with the Lunar Epiphany ability can decipher.
Spellcasters and werewolves can get along quite well in The Sims 4. On the other hand, the conflict with the vampires still resonates to this day. Werewolves will immediately get an Angry buff when interacting with vampires.
Does The Sims 4 support spellcaster-werewolf hybrids?
Sims 4 doesn’t officially support hybrids, so there can be no spellcaster-werewolf hybrids in the game. This is because your Sim can’t be two occults at once.
While you can have hybrid occult children in The Sims 4, they’re usually unplayable due to severe glitches.
Speaking of spellcasters, did you know they can die of Magic Overload if they cast too many spells over a short period of time?
Happy Simming!
