If you want to add more students to The Sims 4 High School Years, download and install the “More Students at High School” mod by Ksuihuh. As its creator explains, this mod will increase the number of students in your class, as well as the number of Sims attending events such as Prom, Career Day, and Graduation Day.
Three options are available:
- Add 18 students total or 9 per class
- Add a total of 24 students or 12 per class
- Add 40 students to the game
Irrespective of the option you choose to use, make sure there are enough desks in your classrooms to accommodate all the students.

Not a problem if your Sims hate socializing
When I sent my Sims to class for the very first time, I was surprised to see the chairs at the back of the class were empty.
But I quickly switched my focus to helping my Sims improve their grades and forgot about this detail.
I typically focus on completing the aspirations milestones as quickly as possible rather than having my Sim socialize with other Sims. I usually pick the Loner trait to make my task easier.
After a while, a friend of mine who’s also an avid Sims 4 player messaged me complaining about the low number of students in the game.
That’s when I realized the last row of desks is always empty in the game.
That can be really annoying, especially if you prioritize social interactions over grades and academic success in your gameplay.
Well, you can quickly bypass this limitation with the help of the “More Students at High School” mod.
