The Sims 4 For Rent: Latest Features

Welcome to Tomarang

Say Sul Sul to Tomarang, a bustling city wrapped in a lush tropical embrace. Inspired by Southeast Asian aesthetics, this world is a playground for all your Sims’ dreams and stories.

From botanical gardens to animal sanctuaries, it’s a green haven for your Sims. The Tiger Sanctuary in Tomarang is a rabbit hole activity.

And child Sims? They’ve got hopscotch and marbles waiting for them in the park!

Marbles are made for kids, but you can keep collecting them even when you’re all grown up.

Hopscotch is kid-friendly, but teenagers and older Sims can join in on the fun too.

Build Multi-Unit Dwellings

Did you ever wish that multiple Sim households could share the same lot? Well, your Sim prayers have been answered!

For the first time in The Sims 4, the For Rent Expansion Pack lets you build fully customizable multi-unit dwellings thanks to Residential Rentals.

You can build 6 units on a Residential Rental. Use the bb.increaserentalunitcap on/off cheat to surpass this limitation and have a maximum of 99 units per save.

A full Sim household of 8 Sims can live in a Unit.

Whether it’s a cozy duplex, a spacious apartment for a large family, or something unique, the choice is yours.

And guess what? You can do this in ANY liveable world in The Sims 4.

However, you can’t build high-rises like in City Living.

Night Market Vibes

Feeling hungry? Take your Sims on an evening stroll to the iconic Night Market, aglow with lanterns and buzzing vendors.
