Level 1: Eco Economist
- Earn 5 community Influence Points
- Vote on a Neighbourhood Action Plan
Level 2: Clean City Civilian
- Sell power or water on a utility bill
- Become a Civil Designer
Level 3: Civil Citizen
- Convince a Sim to Vote on specific NAP
- Vote on NAPs twice
- Reach Level 10 of the Civil Designer Career
To complete the Eco Economist level, you need to interact in a friendly manner with NPCs.
I’ve noticed that the fastest way to get more Influence Points is to give gifts to NPCs. Anything that you fabricated yourself on the Fabricator is particularly appreciated.
To complete the Clean City Civilian milestone, you need to install solar panels and dew collectors on your lot.
To sell power and water, click on your mailbox and go to the bill information section. Then click on the option that allows you to sell excess power and water.
To complete the third level (Civil Citizen), use your Influence Points to convince townies to vote for green NAPs. Additionally, keep working on becoming a better Civil Designer.
How does the Influential Individual trait work?
After completing the Eco Innovator aspiration, you’ll get the Influential Individual bonus trait.
This bonus trait will turn you into a fully-fledged influencer in your community. When you speak, everyone listens. You can instantly convince other Sims to support any NAP or politician you want.
But why settle for less?
You can switch careers and become a politician yourself. People will follow your lead and do what you say.
The catch is that you need the City Living expansion to embark on a political career.
