If you own Discover University, send your Sim to college to get a Distinguished Degree in Political Science. This degree will boost their political career.

After reaching Level 4 of the Politician Career, you can use a portable podium to give speeches. This will level up your Charisma skill and make your Sim confident.

Make sure to put a portable podium in your Sim’s inventory. It will come in handy when you want to promote a cause.

You can use cheats to advance in your political career in The Sims 4. To get to Level 10 of the Politician career, use the careers.promote Activist cheat nine times.

First, press Ctrl, Shift, and C to open the Cheat Console, type in testingcheats true, and hit Enter. Then, keep typing in careers.promote Activist until you’ve reached Level 10 of the Politician career.

If this cheat doesn’t work, update all of your mods to the latest version or move the Mods folder to your desktop. You might have a mod conflict.
