Can you marry your cousin in The Sims 4?
Sims cannot marry their first cousins. This is because they cannot built a romantic relationship with them. If the game detects that the person your Sim is interested in is actually a biological or legally adopted relative, it will disable all Romantic interactions.
However, your Sims can marry second cousins and beyond. Seconds cousins and any cousin kinship beyond that will show up as Strangers.
Rest assured, even if you forget to check kinship information, the game will automatically disable all Romantic interactions if your Sims are related.
