If your Sim has the Outdoor Enthusiast aspiration, they need to find and identify 10 unidentified plants.
But where can you find unidentified plants? And how do you identify them?
Let’s find out!
To find and identify unidentified plants in The Sims 4, go to Granite Falls and look for wild plants. Unidentified plants are marked as wild plants shortly after spawning. After reaching maturity, the game will mark them as Unidentified plants.
You need to spend some time in Granite Falls for the unidentified plants to spawn and blossom. Travel to the area at 5 AM, and stay in that zone for at least 24 hours for wild plants to spawn and grow.
If you own Seasons, keep in mind that unidentified plants are affected by seasonal availability and spawning rules. Unidentified plants have different blooming seasons.
The only season you can find all of the unidentified plants at the same time is summer.
You typically need to spend a few days in Granite Falls to harvest different types of unidentified plants.
Patience is key.
If you’re tired of seasonality, you can disable Seasons while completing this milestone. That should make it easier for you to find different kinds of unidentified plants.
You don’t have to wait for the correct season to roll around.
If your Sim is only finding one kind of plant, click on it and select Remove Wild Plant. Stay in the area and wait for a new plant to grow. If you’re lucky, the game will spawn a different kind of plant.
Happy Simming!
