Tartosa is a Sims 4 world build around celebrating love. It has 9 lots that you can build up or change to suit your needs. There are two starter lots: Piccola Luce (20 x 20), and Rifugio Dei Pirati (30 x 20) both under $20K Simoleons.
You also have two NPC households: Laurent and Markovic.

Sims can go to Tartosa to get married, take some time off, or live there permanently with their significant other.

There are a lot of really nice, romantic places that you can explore in Tartosa. There are beautiful beaches where Sims can swim, as well as parks and waterfalls where you can take pictures before and after the wedding event.
For example, if you go to the lot where the Markovics live, you can admire a really beautiful waterfall. Sims can take romantic walks on the bridge near the waterfall. The fireflies often come out at night near the area.

Baia Del’Amore
Baia Del’Amore features two beaches where Sims can enjoy crystal-clear water and beautiful sunsets. This an empty lot which makes it perfect for placing one of the five Gallery wedding venues here.
There are also special luminescent algae that glow in the water near the shore.
On a quick note, there are plenty of patisseries stands where you can order cakes and other special dishes. Sims can also test taste different types of cakes before purchasing a wedding cake.
