How do I perform romantic scenes in Sims 4?
To perform romantic scenes in The Sims 4, your Sim needs to reach Level 3 of the Acting skill and level up their friendship bar with their co-star.
Click on the other Sim, select Perform scene and select the Romantic scene option. You need to perform the scene twice to complete the task.

Why won’t my Sim practice romantic scenes?
The No Touching quirk may sometimes make it difficult for Sims to practice or perform romantic scenes. Celebrity Sims may sometimes act in disgust over other celebs.
Try removing this quick and check if you notice any improvements.
To remove the No Touching quirk, go to the Rewards Store, and buy the Quirk-B-Gone potion for 250 Simoleons. Select the No Touching quirk on the pop-up menu and use the potion to get rid of it.
Sims that have the No Touching quirk should typically get Tense when practicing romantic scenes and interacting with other Sims.
Unfortunately, this quirk may sometimes make it almost impossible to practice romantic scenes and complete your Sitcom Star tasks.
Are there more than three actors in the household?
Many Sims 4 players noticed that having more than three actors in the household may prevent the romantic scenes from showing up. As a workaround, have only three Sims in the acting career. If the issue persists, have only one Sim in the acting career.
Having a fourth actor in the household may cause unexpected glitches, as gamers reported.
I have found that having more than 3 members of the household in the acting career stops the romantic and horror actions. I had added a 4th actor and only one had a gig lined up, but no options for romantic or horror.
