How to make a Lactose Intolerant Sim
To create a Lactose Intolerant Sim, go to CAS, click on one of the three personality trait slots and select the Lactose Intolerant trait.
Well, allergies are not personality traits but that’s how you can make Lactose Intolerant Sims. That’s how you can create vegetarian Sims too.
When a Lactose Intolerant Sim is about to eat foods that contain dairy, the “Wonder if Worth It” option appears on the screen. If you click on it, your Sim will give up the idea of eating dairy.
What can Lactose Intolerant Sims eat?
Lactose Intolerant Sims can eat anything except dairy and foods that contain dairy. They can eat plant-based foods, meat, fish, and fruit without any problem.
The only birthday cake available for Lactose Intolerant Sims is cheesecake.
What happens if Lactose Intolerant Sims eat dairy?
When a Lactose Intolerant Sim eats dairy for the first time, you’ll get a Dairy Lesson notification. The alert reminds you that your Sim is Lactose Intolerant and will feel uncomfortable when eating dairy products.
The Uncomfortable moodlet will appear on the screen indicating that your Sim doesn’t feel well after eating dairy.
If your Sim continues to eat dairy, they’ll bloat and get the +4 Uncomfortable moodlet. Your Sim will also fart and beg you to let them go to the toilet.
Lactose Intolerant Sims may sometimes get a Happy moodlet from eating dairy. As surprising as this may seem, giving in to the dairy muses is pretty great.
