Growing Together brings three new events to your calendar: baby showers, family reunions, and slumber parties.
These events create memorable and exciting experiences for kids and adults alike. Sims can spend time with family and friends, have fun, and create lasting memories.
Family and friends: The joy of gathering together in The Sims 4
Baby showers
Bringing a new family member into your household is a major event that’s worth celebrating.
Gather family and friends to celebrate the arrival of a new family member.
If you manage to host a Gold Level Baby Shower event, you’ll get a special reward that includes a new bassinet.
Family reunions
Family is super important unless your Sim is a Loner and prefers some alone time.
You can host family reunion events to get the whole family back together.
You can spend quality time with your loved ones, catch up with the latest events in their lives, talk about family, take photos, share delicious meals, and so on.
There’s a lot of potential drama in Growing Together with work rivals, midlife crises, burnout episodes, and other unexpected events.
Family members are always there to provide comfort, and encouragement during tough times.
Hosting a family reunion may be just what your Sim needs to overcome stressful events.
As a reward for a nice family reunion, you’ll get a series of photo collage frames that you can hang on the walls of your house.
That’s another great way to customize your house with pictures taken during various family events.
Slumber parties
A slumber party is an event where children or teenagers can spend the night at another Sim’s home or at certain venues in San Sequoia.
You can bring sleeping bags, pillows, and other items with you. Sims can stay up late and engage in various activities such as playing games, watching movies or just chatting.
Try not to fall asleep too early or you may get pranked!
Slumber parties are great for young people to spend time together with their friends and build stronger relationships.
By the way, you need to host a Gold-level Slumber Party event to complete the Slumber Party Animal aspiration.
Stayovers can join family events
Stayovers won’t prevent you from scheduling any of these three events in your calendar. As a matter of fact, they can tag along.
For example, you can invite your Sim’s parents over and while they’re there, you can throw a Family Reunion.
Happy Simming!
