Classic paintings are the best way to cash in lots of money consistently. You can create high-quality paintings at an earlier level.
Selling your paintings to a private collector won’t get you as much money as selling them to a gallery but will get you more fame.
Get the Shrewd trait
Give your Sims the Fabulously Wealthy aspiration to get the Shrewd trait. Thanks to this handy trait, your Sim will get 5% of their household funds as interest each month.
For example, if you have 10,000 Simoleons in your household funds, the game will give you 500 as interest.
