Seluvis is an NPC that likes to turn everyone into his puppets. He has a special mission for you. He wants you to give a special potion to Nepheli that would turn her into his puppet.
Well, if you don’t want to do that, you can give the potion to the Dung Eater instead. Seluvis will simply think the potion didn’t work.
But is that a good enough reason to want him dead? Should you kill him as a punishment for his treacherous intents?
Should I kill Seluvis in Elden Ring?
You should not kill Seluvis early in Elden Ring. Follow his questline to unlock all the rewards associated with it. They’ll come in hand as you progress into the main story. Seluvis will die anyway the moment you give Ranni the Fingerslayer Blade. She’ll recognizes his treacherous intent and kill him on the spot.
What happens if I kill Seluvis?
If you kill Seluvis before completing his questline, the quest will end and you will only get the Preceptor’s Set. You won’t be able to unlock the other rewards associated with his questline. One such item is the Magic Scorpion Charm. This item will come in very handy for magic builds increasing your damage attack power by 12.5%. At the same time, you’ll take 8% more damage as well.
Seluvis will drop the Bell Bearing when killed. Take it to the Twin Husk Maiden at the Roundtable to buy his spells.
Did you kill Seluvis early in the game? Or did you wait patiently to complete his questline and unlock all the rewards? Let me know in the comments below.
