Elden Ring: Should I give Nepheli the potion?

Elden-Ring-Nepheli-potion

Seluvis wants Nepheli Loux to become one of his puppets. That’s why he needs your help and asks you to give her a special potion that would do just that. Is that the right choice? Is that the only possible choice? Let’s find out!

Should I give Seluvis’s potion to Nepheli?

You should not give Nepheli the potion as this will lock you out of her quest. Instead, give the potion to Gideon, and he’ll dispose of it. Then, go back to Seluvis and tell him you gave the potion to Nepheli. This will unlock the ability to learn incantations from him.

Alternatively, you can also accept the Loathsome Dung-Eater’s quest. At a given moment, you can feed the Dung Eater Seedbed Curses in the Subterranean Shunning Grounds. Simply give him Seluvis’s Potion to turn him into a puppet summon.

What happens if I give the potion to Nepheli?

If you give Nepheli the potion, you’ll earn the Dolores puppet Spirit summon and she becomes a puppet you can summon. This will make you more powerful but her quest will become inaccessible.

⇒ Quick Tip: After deciding that to do with the potion, go back to Seluvis and pick one of the summons he offers you: the Finger Maiden Therulina puppet or the Jarwright puppet. You can then buy additional spells from him such as the Glintstone Icecrag spell or the Freezing Mist spell.

⇒ Trivia: Nepheli is Gideon’s daughter and she’s been sent to slay Godrick the Grafted. You can summon her during the battle against Godrick.

What decision did you take? Did you give the potion to Nepheli? Let me know in the comments below.
