The highest Hunter rank that players can reach in Deathloop is 50. To get to this rank, you need to kill as many enemies as possible and score as many points as you can. Basically, you level up every round as long as you’re successful.
You may, or may not get all the Julianna and Colt outfits by the time you hit Rank 50. These rewards are unlocked randomly. Some gamers get the outfits when they reach Rank 5, while others need to hit Rank 35 or 40 to unlock the outfits.
Fastest way to level up Hunter rank in Deathloop
To level up Julianna’s Hunter rank, you need to start killing Colts. Kill Colt within one minute to get the “In and Out” award that grants you 75 points.
Even if you don’t win the invasion but you get two kills on Colt, you’ll get around 250 points. In a good round where you hit the target a lot of times, you can expect to get around 4-500 points.
Go after Colt at his spawn spot
To quickly find Colts, go to the tunnel exits. That’s where Colts are. Punish them for trying to break the loop. Learn the map by heart. Colts are always near their spawn spot when you enter. Rush them, find them as quickly as possible and finish them.
Colt playstyles
You may want to take into the following Colt playstyles into account for your strategy:
- They play normally, and tend to ignore the invasion.
- Colts actively hunt you down. They come after you, and it often gets close and personal.
- Sometimes, they may hunt you down at a distance.
- They usually use a turret to turtle up.
- Colts cower at spawn.
Wait for Colt at the antenna
Another good strategy is to sit in Aether at the Antenna with your sniper and glass cannon. You can quickly deliver a headshot whenever Colt tries to use the antenna.
