There are three main reasons why your Sim wants to throw up: they’re pregnant, sick, or they ate spoiled food or food that contained meat or fish (vegetarian Sims).
Morning nausea is pretty common among pregnant female Sims. Some get it, while others never experience nausea during pregnancy. The good news is that your Sims should feel after barfing up.
Vegetarian Sims will want to throw up if they continue to eat meat-based foods after getting the Uncomfortable buff. Have them eat vegetarian-safe foods to prevent unwanted vomiting episodes.
To help your Sims get rid of nausea, click on the toilet and select the Throw-Up option. This option is available after getting the UUURRRPPPP buff.
Vampires that have the Withered Stomach trait will get nauseous after eating human food.
Why is my Sim throwing up in Sims Mobile?
According to EA, if your Sim is throwing up all the time in Sims Mobile, this is typically caused by moving your phone or shaking the screen. If you do that too vigorously, your Sims may get nauseous.
If you accidentally drop your phone when playing the game, all the Sims from the active household will get sick and nauseous.
Well, I guess you can do that on purpose too. For example, you can shake your phone or throw it on the couch on purpose to make your Sims puke together while partying in the club.
