After 8 years, EA has finally brought werewolves to The Sims 4. You can watch your Sim transform into a creature of the night or have them turn other Sims into werewolves.
Unfortunately, your journey into Moonwood Mill may sometimes get interrupted by unexpected glitches.
Common issues in The Sims 4 Werewolves
Two versions of Moonwood Mill
Some Simmers have two versions on Moonwood Mills and they don’t know which one to select.
Two versions of Moonwood Mills exists side by side in my game and so there are doubles of the all characters from that world as well in my game.
Don’t forget to back up everything before following the troubleshooting steps below.
To fix the issue where you have two Moonwood Mill worlds, repair your game and then drag out the following folders: Saves, Mods, Screenshots and Tray files. Then delete your Sims 4 folder from your Documents folder and restart your game. Add the folders back in.
The extra Moonwood Mill world should be gone.
If the issue persists, remove your Mods and CC files.
CAS issues
Breast scaling doesn’t work
When you try to create a Werewolf with female body, the Sim’s posture changes instead of breast scaling.
Whenever I try to adjust my Werewolf Sim’s breasts, it instead selects the back, such as the sim’s posture. […] The breasts can still be changed if I edit them in the Werewolf form, but I can’t really see what I am changing, you know?
Werewolf customization options not available
To fix the issue where there are no customization options for the werewolf form in CAS, install the newest SDX.
Premade Werewolves appear as non-werewolves in CAS
Premade werewolves sometimes don’t have the werewolf icon or a dark form in CAS. To fix this issue, take your werewolves to the world. They’ll show up as werewolves. When you go back to CAS, their werewolf icon and dark form will show up as well.
Multiple Mixologists show up at the bar
If you go to the Grimtooth Bar in Moonwood Mill, a new mixologist appears every few minutes. After a few minutes, a whole crowd of mixologists forms.
Unfortunately, there’s no known workaround or fix for this glitch.
Invisible werewolves
To fix the issue where werewolves are invisible in The Sims 4 CAS, install the latest Sims Delivery Express updates. Double-check Sims Delivery and install pending updates. Restart the game.
I go to CAS to create a werewolf and it won’t show beast form, won’t show clothing or anything for beast from. […] I’m unable to create a werewolf or even access anything to do with werewolves on CAS. They come up invisible but you can hear the howl.

Townie werewolves won’t turn back into humans. Beside the ones that are part of the two packs, I befriended the librarian who was also a werewolf and he changed so we could spar and has not turned back since. It’s been days and I don’t know how to change it without adding him to my household which I don’t really want to do.
I don’t have the new Werewolves pack and breast scaling in CAS is still messed up for my female sims.
I have drank the cure and completed the aspiration to get rid of my werewolf trait and yet he returned to being a werewolf.
I honestly hated being a werewolf and changed back as soon as I was able to. Now my Sim still gets enraged and loses control saying I have to much fury when I’m a vampire. This causes other issues such as my Sim losing control and attacking other Sims in my household while in a feeding frenzy that I can’t stop.
i bought the pack and it wont show up when i launch the game
Exit the game and start Origin in offline mode.
Close the game client, and refresh your computer.
Launch Origin, go back online, and check if the Werewolves pack shows up.
I use CC hairs and my werewolf has it on and I can’t remove it.
