To attend the Award Ceremony in The Sims 4, go to the Studio PBP lot in Del Sol Valley. The event takes place every Sunday at 7 PM.
To watch the ceremony, click on the microphone and select Watch. If your Sim wins an award, the option to Accept the Award will show up when you click on the mic.
You should get a reminder when the ceremony is about to start but that doesn’t always happen.
Make sure to keep an eye on the calendar and send your Sim to the fancy lounge in Del Sol Valley at 6 PM.
Better arrive there before the ceremony starts than miss the entire event.
If your Sim wins an award, you’ll have the option to Accept the Award when you click on the microphone.
But there’s a catch.
You need to click on the microphone at the perfect time to trigger this option. The best time to do that is when the host is taking small breaks.
Your Sim will step on the stage, accept the award, and give a quick speech to thank everybody for their support.
There’s another tiny detail you should focus on.
If your Sim is not a 3-Star Celebrity, you won’t be able to visit the fancy lounge from Del Sol Valley where the Award Ceremony takes place.
To quickly work your way around this limitation, you can use cheats to change your Sim’s celebrity level or teleport straight to the lounge.
Alternatively, if you’ve got enough money, you can simply bribe the bouncer.
If your Sim gets nominated, it’s a sure win as long as you show up at the Award Ceremony.
If your nominated Sim can’t enter the venue because they’re not a 3-Star Celeb yet, it can be weeks before they get nominated again.
That’s a really good reason to use cheats to change their celebrity level or bribe the bouncer if your Sim doesn’t meet the fame requirements.
What to do if you keep forgetting to attend the Award Ceremony
To ensure you don’t forget to attend the Award Ceremony in The Sims 4, create a party for that time. When you get a notification that informs you your party is about to start, travel to the Studio PBP lot in Del Sol Valley and attend the Ceremony.
