For example, you can temporarily remove all the chairs and benches to get the job done.
If your Sims are sitting and drinking, they’ll often put the drink down. This completely blocks the toast interaction.
Simply put, the game thinks that your Sims are not holding a drink and automatically disables the toast interaction.
After all, you do need a drink to make a toast.
