How To Eavesdrop On Other Sims
In The Sims 4: For Rent, there are two ways to eavesdrop on your friends and neighbors. You can either listen in on conversations or press your ears to your neighbors’ doors.
Eavesdropping on Conversations
When you spot two Sims chatting, click on the Gossip category and choose the Eavesdrop option.

This reward trait significantly boosts their success in uncovering secrets.
