- Discover 10 secrets by snooping in trash, mail, desks, and so on.
- Eavesdrop on Sims 5 Times:
- Use the “Eavesdrop” interaction in conversations or through doors five times.
2. Superior Pryer
- Confront a Sim with a Secret 3 Times:
- After discovering a secret, use “Confront about Secret” in the Gossip menu three times.
- Keep 1 Secret:
- Offer to keep a Sim’s secret after confronting them about it.
- Discover 2 Secrets While Eavesdropping:
- Use the “Eavesdrop” interaction to discover secrets twice.
3. Snooper Extraordinaire
- Break Into a Home:
- Travel to a residential lot other than your home and break into a home to snoop.
- Find a Tiger Inspector Badge:
- Sneak into the Sulea Tiger Sanctuary at night to find a Tiger Inspector Badge.
- Blackmail a Sim:
- Learn a secret, confront the Sim, and choose to blackmail them to get Simoleons.
Best Traits For a Seeker Of Secrets
Nosy
The Nosy trait naturally makes your Sim curious about gossip and snooping. These nosy Sims aren’t afraid to eavesdrop on conversations, peek through windows, and even break into their neighbors’ apartments.
No secret is safe when they’re around.
Unfortunately, secrets in The Sims 4: For Rent leave a lot to be desired, in my opinion, as they’re pretty harmless.
Outgoing
Choose the Outgoing trait as well, as this aspiration involves a lot of socializing. Sims will find it easier to navigate the social interactions needed to complete this aspiration.
Sims with the Outgoing trait love being around other Sims. They find joy and energy in engaging with friends and strangers alike. They easily build relationships with others.
Kleptomaniac
Combine the Seeker of Secrets aspiration with the Kleptomaniac trait, and your Sim can swipe objects from others’ homes. The value of the objects you can steal increases as your Mischief skill goes up.
Unlock the Pry of the Tiger Trait
After checking off all of the Seeker of Secrets milestones, your Sim gains the Pry of the Tiger trait. This reward trait significantly boosts their success in uncovering secrets.
Moreover, your Sim now has an alibi, meaning they’ll always have an excuse for breaking into other people’s houses.
