There should be a few mushroom patches near the round gazebo. Hover over the area with your mouse cursor and harvest the mushrooms.
You need to go back to that area a few times at different times of the day. The game generates different types of mushroom patches depending on the time of the day.
You can also find some mushroom patches by the waterfall, in front of the bench. That’s the best place where you can find spicy mushrooms.
Foraging mushrooms in the woods takes a lot of time and patience. That’s why errands involving mushrooms usually take a while to complete.
Spend time in Bramblewood
As a quick reminder, when you enter a new world for the first time, wild plants automatically spawn in different locations. However, they need some time to grow into mature plants that you can harvest. And there’s also another catch: you need to spend some time in that area or neighborhood for plants to grow. Otherwise, they won’t bear harvestables. So, make sure to be there at around 5am to 6am when they spawn.
For example, you can explore the Bramblewood neighborhood while waiting for wild plants to bear harvestables. Meanwhile, check if there are other items that you can harvest. You can also use the rental house and stay there for a few nights.
Buy mushrooms from the grocery and gardening stall
One quick way to get the mushrooms you need is to buy them from the grocery and gardening stall. Keep in mind that items change daily. If you can’t find the mushrooms you’re looking for, simply try again later.
