The Sims 4 Cottage Living features two interesting NPCs, and many players are already familiar with one of them. Meet the Crumplebottom family!

Agatha Crumplebottom

Agatha Crumplebottom is an NPC that resides in the village of Henford-on-Bagley. She is the cousin of Agnes Crumplebottom but they’re polar opposites. She isn’t perturbed by romance at all. They co-own a garden business and you can frequently meet them in the village center.

Agatha is calm, sweet, friendly, and she’s an expert gardener. She won’t ruin your day or throw a fit when she sees you blowing a kiss to another Sim. You can run various errands for her and earn some simeleons, handy resources or upgrade parts.

By the way, if you want to gossip with someone, Agatha is the right person to go to. She’s always eager to learn what’s going on in the lives of other Sims.

Agnes Crumplebottom in Cottage Living

Agnes returns in The Sims 4: Cottage Living and she lives in Henford-on-Bagley. She is mean and rude, so nothing’s changed. And yes, she still randomly hits unsuspecting Sims with her handbag. Don’t make any romantic gestures when she’s around.

You can befriend her by running some errands for her or chatting with her about food, recipes, and cooking in general. By the way, if she sees you flirting in front of her, you can say goodbye to those errands. Apologizing won’t help, she’s keep on telling you off until you leave.

As a quick reminder, Agnes lost her husband on their honeymoon. He passed away in a drowning accident, that’s why she can’t stand any romantic gestures and quickly intervenes to end them. She’s one of the very few Sims that appear in all the main Sims 4 releases.
