What job has the longest hours in The Sims 4?

Sims-4-career-longest-work-hours

The Salaryperson career has the longest work hours in The Sims 4. This career path requires your Sim to work 10-12 hours a day for five days a week. You can pursue the Salaryperson career if you own Snowy Escape.

To be successful in this career, you need to focus on leveling up your Sim’s Logic and Writing skills. As you advance in this career, you’ll need additional skills.

If you select the Supervisor branch, you also need to level up your Charisma. The Expert branch requires strong programming skills as you’ll work with lots of data.

If you selected the wrong traits for your Sim in CAS, you can use cheats to change them.

A Salaryperson works endless hours

A Salaryperson needs to work endless overtime hours. Depending on the chance cards you select while your Sim is at work, you can stay at the office for up to 12 hours a day.

Your Sim will work until they drop.

Excessive overtime can make your Sim tense and even interfere with their work performance.

Sims that have the Loner or Ambitious traits will experience this problem less frequently. They’ll be glad to work on their off hours as their career is the most important thing in their lives.

Alternatively, you can also use mods to change your Sim’s work hours to allow them to breathe and relax a bit.
