Are cracked pots reusable in Elden Ring? YES

Cracked pots are reusable in Elden Ring. They get refunded in your inventory once you throw them at enemies. You can find them in your key items or under usable items.

Don’t be afraid to use them, you’ll get them back instantly in your inventory and you can use them again.

This empty pot somehow mends itself when broken.
Essential vessel for crafting cracked pot items.
The materials and magics sealed within deploy their effects when the pot is thrown.

Cracked pots are key items that you can find scattered all over The Lands Between. Some merchants sell cracked pots early in the game as well.

You can collect and store up to 20 cracked pots and use them against powerful enemies and bosses.

If you start a New Game Plus, you can’t collect the same cracked pots you already got during the first run.

Wearing the Jar helmet increases the damage of throwing pots by 15 percent. Additionally, wearing the Companion Jar talisman grants a further 20 percent damage increase.

Use the Jar Helmet and the Companion Jar talisman to increase the overall damage of throwing pots.

Where can I find cracked pots in Elden Ring?

You can find cracked pots near the following Elden Ring Sites of Grace:

  • The Secluded Cell Site of Grace in Stormveil Castle
  • The Debate Parlor Site of Grace in Raya Lucaria Academy
  • The Royal Moongazing Grounds Site of Grace in Caria Manor
  • The Avenue Balcony Site of Grace in Leyndell, Royal Capital

You can find three cracked pots in Jarburg (on a corpse, in a hut, and on a large headstone). By the way, that’s where you’ll meet Alexander, the Iron Fist, aka the Pot Boy.

There is one cracked pot near the Auriza Side Tomb, another one near the entrance of the Groveside Cave (loot it off a corpse), and another one on a branch of the Minor Erdtree in Caelid.

Which merchants sell cracked pots in Elden Ring?

You can buy cracked pots from Merchant Kalé and the Nomadic Merchant when he’s north of Limgrave, in Castle Morne Rampart, and in Caelid South.

You can use cracked pots to craft throwing pots that you can then throw at enemies. Throwing pots are very handy as they can apply debuffs to enemies.
