There are six possible Elden Ring endings and five of them involve you becoming Elden Lord. But rumor has it there could be a seventh ending called the Age of Absolute.
There are very few clues about the elusive Age of Absolute ending. Most of the information comes from early datamining.
How do I get the Age of Absolute ending in Elden Ring?
The Age of Absolute is a hypothetical Elden Ring ending that has yet to be officially confirmed by FromSoftware. Early datamining suggested there’s some code in the game that could be related to the Age of Absolute ending. The existing code would allow for easier implementation of this ending later on.
Some players suggested that the Age of Absolute ending could be coming with a future expansion. They also added this elusive ending might be related to Nepheli.
The game keeps talking about this location called Numen which is outside The Lands Between and also there is something called the Bad Lands, so DLC probably gonna be centered there and that may be one of the endings we could get with the help of the DLC items.
However, it’s unlikely that FromSoftware releases a DLC to add additional NPC questlines ad endings from the base game. The company doesn’t follow the microtransaction or DLC revenue model.
Another explanation could be that the quest didn’t work last minute before release. FromSoftware couldn’t find a way to fix it and decided to remove it completely from the game.
Other gamers are convinced the Age of Absolute ending is just cut content. That could explain why the “Age of Absolute” line exists in the game code.
The fact of the matter is that many players with 100 percent achievements did not get the Age of Absolute ending. Most likely, the Age of Absolute is nothing more than a simple line of text that sparked the imagination of Elden Ring fans.
