Kids can wake up with a loose tooth in the morning. They’ll get the Loose Tooth moodlet which indicates it’s only a matter of time until that tooth falls out.
To speed up the process, kids can wiggle the loose tooth or simply pull it out. They’ll dribble and drool a bit but they’ll get the job done pretty quickly.
Once the tooth is out, you can click on your kid’s bed, place it under the pillow and go to sleep.
When the kid wakes up, they’ll find a nice surprise from the Tooth Fairy in their inventory.
Open their inventory, and you’ll find a First Tooth Certificate, some money, and some new reward objects.
Your child Sim will have a gap between their teeth for a few days.
Rest assured, a new and stronger tooth will grow to replace the one that fell out.
