Slow dancing is not available in The Sims 4 base game. But if you own My Wedding Stories, you can have newly-wed couples slow dance together.

The Slow Dance interaction is one of the best things that My Wedding Stories has added to the game.
Despite still being extremely buggy, slow dancing is the main reason why many Simmers continue to buy the pack.
The good news is that slow dancing also works outside a wedding scenario in My Wedding Stories. The interaction is not limited to a wedding dance floor.
Cross-pack integration works perfectly fine as far as slow dancing is concerned. For example, you can have your Sim attend the Romance Festival in City Living and slow dance with their partner.
You can also have elder Sims slow dance together to bring back cherished memories of their young years.
If your Sims stop dancing after a few seconds, make sure they have enough room to dance. Slow dancing requires a lot more room than other dance styles.
If you want to see all the slow-dancing moves available in the game, move the dance floor outdoors. The dance will also last longer.
Additionally, you can have only one couple slow dance at a time to ensure they have enough room on the dance floor to show off their dance moves.
