If you successfully defeat the Alpha in The Sims 4, you will immediately become the new leader of the pack
There are four main ranks in a werewolf pack:
- Alfa: The leader of the group, main decision-maker, and enforcer of pack values
- Beta: Second-in-command, only experienced werewolves can become Beta
- Delta: They’re valuable members of the pack but they still have a lot to learn
- Omega: The lowest pack rank, they need to prove themselves before enjoying additional pack benefits
Level up your abilities before challenging the leader
If you’ve joined the Wildfangs, keep in mind that Rory is pretty tough.
It’s wise to wait until you get used to the werewolf lifestyle and unlock as many abilities as possible before challenging her for the Alpha Rank.
If you make a mistake and challenge Rory before you’re ready, she may kick you out of the pack.
Things should be a lot easier with the Moonwood Collective pack. Kristopher, their leader is pretty laid-back.
Alphas can be challenged
Pack leaders that don’t adhere closely to the pack’s values are more likely to be challenged. Respecting and enforcing pack values is one of the ways you can prove your leadership skills.
Werewolves need a strong leader that holds the pack’s values dear. They won’t settle for anything less.
The Wildfang Renegate Aspiration challenges you to become Alpha
If you want to become Alpha, select the Wildfang Renegate Aspiration. This aspiration challenges you to become the leader of The Wildfangs.
It also requires all sorts of Machiavellian maneuvers.
When you think about it, there’s “Betrayal” written all over your face. You need to be in good standing with the leader to be able to make it in. Becoming best friends helps tremendously. And so, you do that.
You go through some trials, and Rory accepts you as an official member of the pack, but you’ve been planning to overthrow her all along.
