Vampires have two forms in The Sims 4: a human form and a dark form.
A vampire’s dark form automatically shows up when they’re using their vampire powers or drinking plasma from other Sims.
You can also enable a vampire’s Dark Form during gameplay. To do that, click on your vampire, go to the Vampire menu, and select Show Dark Form.
Vlad enjoys walking around in his Dark Form. However, Caleb Vatore strongly disapproves of his behavior.
He’s a good vampire and believes vampires should hide their dark form when other human Sims are around.

Vampire skin details show up in the human form
If your vampire still has vampire skin details even if they’re hiding their dark form, you need to unlink their dark form in CAS.
To do that, press Ctrl, Shift, and C on PC or Command, Shift, and C on Mac, and type in testingcheats true. Then type in cas.fulleditmode and hit Enter to access skin details again.
Once you’re in CAS, click on the little chain icon to unlink your Dark Form. This will make the human and dark forms different.
In other words, you will remove the vampire skin details from your human form.
After unlinking the two forms, you can edit them separately. Edit your human form, then select the Vampire dark form and edit it separately.
You can also select specific features to copy over to the dark form. Or you can simply uncheck the whole thing to make the vampire form different.
Once you’ve edited everything on each form, you can go back to Live mode and resume your gameplay.
By the way, did you know that the Moon can influence your vampire’s powers? Vampires are pretty weak during Full Moon nights.
