Many Sims 4 players have complained about tenants not paying daily rent in The Sims 4 For Rent expansion pack.
This has left many scratching their heads, wondering how in the world they were supposed to rake in the Simoleons when the expected daily cash flow is a no-show.
Some players held out hope that maybe, just maybe, the rent would roll in at the end of the lease, but no such luck.
To complicate matters, those tenants are not just tight with their Simoleons. They’re also staging a revolt, even when everything is shipshape and up-to-date maintenance-wise.
It’s a head-scratcher when the main feature of the pack, the rent system, and rental income don’t work as intended.
For now, players haven’t found a workaround for this issue, and EA has yet to officially acknowledge it.
