Well, both packs come with annoying neighbors and stubborn vampires that will often barge into your house. They show up uninvited and don’t even knock on the door.
The worst part is that vampires can unlock a special power called Eternally Welcome that lets them lock and unlock doors at other Sims’ homes.
The most annoying part is when vampires break into your house while your Sim is sleeping and suck their blood.
If you want to prevent vampires from breaking in, follow the tips below.
How do you keep vampires away from your house in The Sims 4?
To prevent vampires from breaking into your house in The Sims 4, lock all of your doors for anyone but household members. Hang garlic braids or wreaths outside the front door.
Additionally, hang a lot of garlic on your lot and put a garlic wreath near your Sim’s bed to make sure vampires can’t get anywhere near them.
The vampires who visit you will make a disgusted face at the sight of garlic and leave right away.
You can find garlic near the abandoned house in Forgotten Hollow. It takes about one week to grow the garlic and have enough to make a garlic wreath.
Then, there’s the learning phase. Learning how to make garlic wreaths takes time.
You need to research Vampire Secrets on the computer and read the first edition of the Enciclopedia Vampirica. Then you have to wait to harvest your garlic.
If you’re looking for a quick solution, you can find garlic braids or wreaths in the Debug menu. Use this workaround if you don’t want to be constantly bitten by uninvited vampires.
Keep in mind that some Sims taste better than others. If vampires visit your Sim every night and drink their plasma, this indicates their blood tastes good.
Vampires will prefer to feed on Sims whose blood tasted good. That could explain why they come to bite your Sim every night.

At Vampiric Lore Level 11, you’ll unlock the Vampire Resistance Cocktail. Have your Sims drink this cocktail to protect them from vampire powers used against them.
Keep in mind the effect is temporary. It lasts only for a few hours.
