If your Sim has a great reputation, they’ll get random phone calls about different job offers. The job offers are a consequence of your Sim being well-liked.
You don’t have to be famous to get various job offers. The offers come to you from having a great reputation.
Sims with a Pristine Reputation typically get more job offers than Sims with a good reputation.
Sims with a bad, neutral, or good reputation don’t get random phone calls about job offers.
Getting random job offers for very different careers can be really annoying.
Unfortunately, you can’t disable this feature. If you’re happy with your current job, you can simply decline the offers.
Alternatively, you can try to lower your Sim’s reputation. You should be able to do that by using a few mean interactions on other Sims.
