But there has been an annoying issue related to presentation boards that’s been affecting Simmers for years: they’re missing, and they’re nowhere to be found as if they vanished in thin air.

The Presentation Board Disappeared in The Sims 4
If the presentation board is missing, you can bring it back by emailing your professor about your progress and this will automatically add a new presentation board to your inventory.
But you’ll need a mod for that and you can download it from ModTheSims.
Here are the steps to follow to get a new presentation board in Sims 4 Discover University:
- Click on a computer
- Select University
- Click on Email professors about progress
- Select the class you lost your presentation board for
- You will receive a notification with more information about your progress as well as a new presentation board for the respective class. The presentation board will immediately be visible in your inventory.
If you notice the presentation board is gone missing, you should use the solution listed below to get it back as soon as possible.
If your Sim is an A+ student, the missing presentation board could hinder her university progress and cause a lower grade.
This could potentially affect your Sim’s future career after they graduate from university.
Your Sim could even fail the class because they can’t deliver the required presentation. This is even worse if the class requires a presentation board.

Why Did My Presentation Board Disappear?
Your presentation board may disappear from the inventory if you travel or move. To avoid that, keep it on the lot instead of the inventory and try not to move it during the respective term.
The problem is that you can’t buy a new presentation board if you lose it.
If you can’t get your hands on a new one, your Sim needs to end the class without delivering the presentation which translates into lower grades.
EA already solved the problem
It is worth mentioning that EA already rolled out a hotfix for this problem in Patch 1.63.133. But if you’re still experiencing this problem, the workaround described in this guide should fix it.
