The Sims 4: Missing Nails in CAS? Use This Workaround

Sims-4-missing-nails

Hey Simmers! Ever notice Spa Day nails playing hide and seek in CAS? Specifically, matte coffin nails don’t always show up under fingernails. Don’t worry—I’ve got a workaround, tried and tested.

Here’s the scoop: Those elusive nails hang out on the masculine side of CAS.

To bypass the missing nails glitch in The Sims 4, temporarily switch your Sim to a masculine frame. Pick your nails, then switch back to the feminine frame.

Those elusive nails should now be visible on your Sim.

Easy peasy!

⇒ Important Note:

Don’t just click on the male frame icon. It won’t do the trick!

The issue is that once you switch your Sim back to a female frame, those nails will either reset or disappear.

Again, go to gender settings, change your Sim’s physical frame to male, and find and select the missing nails. Remember to switch back to feminine if that’s your game vibe.

There’s no need to disable mods, repair your game, or tweak mysterious settings. This glitch stems from the Sims 4 code.

For now, the workaround is to select those glitchy nail patterns on a masculine body frame, and then switch back to a feminine frame.

Simple as that!

Give it a go, and let those nails shine!
