Sims 4: How to make employees satisfied

Sims-4-make-employees-satisfied

Running a business in The Sims 4 is not easy. For example, if you’re running a restaurant, you have to deal with countless Dine Out bugs, chefs that won’t enter the restaurant, and even clients that constantly get into brawls with other clients.

On top of that, you also need to deal with unhappy and unsatisfied employees.

How do you make your employees happy in the Sims 4?

You can make your employees happy by praising them and giving them inspirational speeches, as well as raises and promotions. Train your staff more and pay them higher salaries to keep them satisfied.

Don’t make them work overtime. Stick to the 8-hour schedule. Their productivity and satisfaction levels will drop if they work too much.

Employees that have been unhappy for a long time will eventually quit.

If your restaurant is not making much money and you can’t afford to give your employees raises, focus on leveling your stars.

Make sure to level up your chef’s Cooking skill, serve good quality meals, and deliver excellent service.

Your restaurant’s rating will go up quickly, you’ll make more money and you’ll soon be able to give the staff raises.

Don’t leave your employees alone, especially at the beginning. Always check up on them to see what they want.

As your employees level up their skills, they’ll work harder for you. You can improve their work ethic and make them work harder by berating them for slacking them and praising them when they do well.

Don’t forget to give them a promotion when they’ve visibly improved their skills and results. If they feel they deserve a promotion and a raise but you’re not even open for discussion, they’ll start feeling unhappy.

I hope you found this quick guide helpful.

Happy Simming!
