To get rid of roaches in City Living, call the landlord and ask them to take care of the problem. You can also go to the trash container and use the “Try to clear roaches” interaction. Additionally, get a new trash can and try to keep it empty.
By the way, landlords rarely appear in the game autonomously but show up when you call them.
Sims can sometimes make things worse when they try to eliminate the roaches themselves.
They will typically get a Tense moodlet when they see roaches around. They’ll also become Angry from Infestation Frustration when stomping on them.

How to get rid of roaches in The Sims 4: Eco-Lifestyle
To get rid of roaches in Eco-Lifestyle, get your Sim energized and then stump them. Have your Sim drink tea or take a shower to raise their energy level.
Make sure to always keep your trash cans empty to prevent cockroach infestation.
Unfortunately, there are no pest control services that you can call to help you solve the problem. Your Sim needs to do this dirty job themselves.

There are two ways to get rid of bug infestations in The Sims 4: For Rent. You can stomp the bugs or deploy a fumigation device for 400 Simoleons.
