To catch Pufferfish in The Sims 4, go to the fishing spot from the San Myshuno docks or the Desert Bloom Park fishing spots from Oasis Springs. Sims with a high Fishing skill level have a higher chance of catching Pufferfish.
Alternatively, you can buy Pufferfish from the Japanese food stall in San Myshuno. If Pufferfish is not in stock, visit the food stands the next day. The offer changes every day.
If you can’t find the Japanese food stand, stick around in the area and wait until it shows up in the game.
