You can find potato plants in the following Sims 4 locations:
- Forgotten Grotto: The Hidden cave
- Granite Falls: The Ranger’s Station

- Willow Creek: The Commercial District, Foundry Cove neighborhood
- Windenburg: The Van Haunt Estate
Potatoes plants only grow in winter. Make sure to explore the areas where they typically grow and you should be able to find a few potato plants ready to harvest.
