You can use the Entrepreneur Table in The Sims 4 to sell the things you crafted on the Fabricator, vegetables you grew in your very own garden, or the items you recycled while dumpster diving.
If you enjoy making candles, you can earn some extra money selling them at a yard sale. However, you won’t get rich just by selling candles.
There are other more lucrative activities that will get you rich faster.
How do I use the Entrepreneur Table in The Sims 4?
- Go into Build Mode and buy the Entrepreneur Table
- Open the table inventory
- Drag items from your inventory to your table inventory
- Start a yard sale
- Set the markup percent for max profit or quick sales
- Click on Give Sales Pitch when Sims come near the table
Your Sim has to man the table to sell things. Townies won’t buy anything if you don’t interact with them.
Don’t just let your items sit there. Promote them, and give a convincing sales pitch, so that townies buy whatever you’re selling.
⇒ Useful tip:
- If you choose the max profit option, you can sell goods for up to 300 percent profit. If you go for quick sales, you can expect 25 percent in profit.
Why can’t I stock the table?
If you can’t transfer any items from your Sim’s inventory to the table inventory, open your inventory and place the items you want to sell in your world.
Then, go into Build Mode and drag the items onto the table. You should now be able to select Tend Table and start a yard sale.
After dragging the items onto the table, the game will put them in the table inventory. Then, you can click on the table and you’ll have the option to stock it.
What to do if your table has run out of space
If The Sims 4 says that Your table has run out of space, this indicates the items you’re trying to sell are too big to display on the table.
Even though the respective items are too big to be placed on the table, they’ll go into the table inventory without any problem.
If The Sims 4 says the table is full when you’re trying to sell stuff collected from dumpsters, go into Build Mode and place the selling table together with all the dumpster items in your household inventory.
Then, bring the table out and check if you can stock it.
