The thing that I like most about The Sims 4 is that anything is possible.
Your wildest dreams can come true if you try hard enough.
After installing The Sims 4 High School Years expansion pack, I quickly wrote down a list of gameplay scenarios.
One of them involved my Sim becoming best friends with Mei Prescott, the Copperdale High Principal.
Sounds weird, doesn’t it?
Well, I decided to go for this scenario anyway.
The end result?
My Sim, Jessica became best friends with Mei Prescott!
How to become best friends with Principal Prescott
To recipe for becoming best friends with Principal Prescott is simple: use Friendly and Funny interactions to level up your Friendship bar with her. Then, click on Become Best Friends when the interaction becomes available.
Jessica is an aspiring cheerleader, so she wanted Mei to discover the joy of getting fit and working out. She encouraged the Principal, now her best friend, to get on the treadmill and work out.
Grades went up
I also noticed another interesting thing.
Grades went up shortly before becoming best friends with the Principal. Jessica then became eligible for early graduation.
That came as a surprise as I wasn’t focusing too much on becoming a straight-A student. I mean, Jessica would do her homework on a daily basis but that was about it.
I’m not sure if leveling up Jessica’s friendship bar with the Principal had something to do with her grades going up.
Maybe that was a pure coincidence.
Or maybe not.
The only way to test this hypothesis is to play this scenario again and keep a close eye on how my Sim’s grades evolve before and after becoming best friends with the Principal.
Could it be that becoming friends with the Principal brings additional advantages?

The game generates a new Principal when the existing one dies. You need to start a new game to interact with her.
Try aging up your Sim this time around.
