Granblue Fantasy Versus: How Long is RPG Mode?

Granblue Fantasy Versus RPG Mode how long

The RPG Mode in Granblue Fantasy Versus is set in the Granblue universe and has a very direct way to throw you straight into the combat.

This mode pits you against numerous groups of enemies, as well as a few one-on-one fights. Beat ’em up, survive and go to the next level.

If you want to know what to expect in terms of how long it takes to complete RPG Mode, here’s your answer.

How long is Granblue Fantasy: Versus RPG mode? Completing RPG Mode in Granblue Fantasy: Versus will takes on average 8 to 10 hours. This is the only way to unlock colors and weapon skins. Mashing your way through should be fairly easy for most players.

As a reward for completing each area, you’ll get a ton of weapons that you can use later on to engage in other battles. After a couple of hours, you might get bored with the usual, somewhat boring and predictable monster rounds.

But the last 20 floors are a genuine boss rush that will challenge your skills and speed. Overall, bosses are really fun, the characters are likable, and the amount of unlockable items is really satisfying.

Finishing RPG mode in one sitting

If you’re planning to finish Granblue Fantasy: Versus RPG mode in one sitting, that’s feasible but it might make the game less enjoyable. Playing games should all be about having fun and putting corporate-like targets and KPIs aside.

But if you’re only focused on playing RPG mode, 8 or 10 hours should be enough to complete the challenges, take some breaks every now and then to roll weapons, upgrade them, or do the character-specific side quests.

There is plenty of dialog in RPG mode. So, if you want to level up as soon as possible, you can skip this part.

Too easy for you? Try Hard Mode

If you finished RPG mode and you think that was all too easy, you can repeat the action in Hard Mode. The bosses will deliver more damage and they’ll also move faster. Alternatively, you can also go for The Tower of Babel and visit the same 100 floors all over again.

You’ll get special weapon skins, and you can also get uncensored skins for Metera and Zeta.

Completing Hard Mode and Tower of Babel in Granblue Fantasy: Versus will take approximately 35 hours. But this includes everything, from optimizing your gear to leveling up characters.
