The Sims 4 University: Sim Won’t Go to Class | Fix

If you want your Sim to get good grades, you need to make sure they never skip classes. Attending guest lectures brings some extra points, so do keep that in mind as well.

But there are instances where the Go To Class option is not working. As a result, your Sim doesn’t go to class at all or they go one hour after the class ended.

Of course, this messes up their entire schedule.

Players also reported their Sims just stood outside the school building doing absolutely nothing for hours on end. To put it simply, Sims simply refuse to enter the building.

Fix Sims 4 University Go to Class Not Working

Fix 1 – Reset your Sim

Press the Shift key and click on the Sim that won’t go to school and then select the Reset option. Resetting the problematic Sim should fix this problem.

Fix 2 – Edit your Sim in CAS

Other users utilized the Edit in CAS option to solve this problem. If your Sim won’t attend classes despite hitting Go To Class button countless times, enable cheats, Shift-click the problematic Sim and select Edit in CAS.

The game should bring you back out and your Sim should be automatically sent to class.

Fix 3 – Have your Sim do mindless activities

If your Sim just stands in front of the university building, have them do mindless tasks such as cleaning.

This should fix the glitch that prevented the class queue from popping up. Do that and check if your Sim can now go to class.

Many gamers who used the same strategy confirmed that having their Sims do other mindless things around the time their Sims were supposed to go to class actually solved this problem.

Fix 4 – Move your Sim off campus

Some players said they successfully fixed this problem by moving their Sims off campus.

Fix 5 – Use the Career mode options

Open your career, and go to your list of classes. If it’s time to go to class, the Go To Class option will show up. Select it to send your Sim to class.

It works the same way as work or after-school activities. Use this method especially if your Sims are running late for class and you need to send to school there as soon as possible.
