Twitch may sometimes fail to capture your keyboard input. When this issue occurs, you can’t type in the chat box, no matter what channels you use. This problem can manifest in a variety of ways. For example, no words appear in the chat window, or you may get an error message that says “This action cannot be completed. Try again later”.

How to fix Twitch chat not letting you type

- Disable your extensions. If clearing the cache and cookies didn’t solve the problem, try disabling all of your extensions.
