How to fix FIFA resolution issues on Xbox
Update FIFA
EA officially acknowledge this glitch soon after players reported it. The devs improved visual fidelity in certain situations in Title Update 2 and other subsequent updates.
Make sure to install the latest FIFA updates as soon as they’re available to benefit from the latest stability improvements.
The latest game updates may contain important improvements and fixes to address the annoying game glitches.
Don’t forget to check for Xbox system updates as well. Restart your console after installing the latest updates to apply the changes.
Check your connection
Make sure you have enough bandwidth to run FIFA smoothly. If you’re using a wireless connection, switch to a cable connection and check if you notice any changes.
If that’s not an option, disconnect all the other devices connected to your network. Your Xbox console should be the only device connected to your router.
If the issue persists, unplug your router and console. Leave both devices unplugged for two minutes to get rid of flea power. Go back online, restart your console, launch FIFA, and check the results.
Disable FreeSync and Overdrive
Some players got rid of this annoying scaling glitch after disabling FreeSync and Overdrive in monitor settings.

Many Xbox owners said they regret purchasing FIFA 22. Many of them already asked for a refund. They said the same issues affected FIFA 21 but the devs didn’t do anything about it.
