Fix: FIFA can’t connect or login to Web App

If you can’t connect or log in to FIFA’s Web App, make sure you’re using the right account. If you have a new FIFA account, you need to create a FUT Club on your console or PC before you can use the Web App.

New FIFA accounts that haven’t been connected to a previous FIFA game in the franchise won’t be recognized by the Web App.

This quick workaround should solve your problem if you’re getting this message:

It looks like your EA account doesn’t have a FUT 23 Club. Before we keep going, make sure you’re logged in with the right account. In order to use the FIFA Companion App, or Web App, you will need to create a FUT 23 Club on your Console or PC.

If there’s nothing wrong with your account, check if this is a known server issue.

The message below typically indicates the servers are unavailable:

We’re currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your console or PC to get the full FUT experience.

Go to EA’s official Support Page and check if there are any known server issues affecting FIFA. Check if other players have complained about similar issues recently.

Additionally, clear your browser cache and cookies, and check for updates. Close all the tabs you don’t really need.

Switch to a different browser and check if you can log in to the Web App.

Check your connection and ensure everything’s working properly on your end.

If you’re using a wireless connection, switch to a cable connection. If that’s not possible, change your Wi-Fi channel.

Disconnect all the devices connected to your network except the PC or console you’re playing FIFA on.

Unplug your router, and leave it unplugged for one minute. Check if you notice any changes.
